Netflix announced a partnership with Mattel and Hasbro companies to produce toys of the stars of its global phenomenon ‘KPop Demon Hunters’.
Mattel and Hasbro “have been named global toy co-licensees for ‘KPop Demon Hunters’. These unprecedented licensing partnerships will help meet the huge demand from fans to have these favorite characters as part of their daily lives and mark another important milestone for Netflix’s huge global success,” the platform said in a statement.
With this agreement, “Mattel will market and develop a full range of ‘KPop Demon Hunters’-themed products in various categories, including dolls, action figures, accessories, collectibles, playsets, co-branded collaborations and more,” which will begin distribution starting next year.
For its part, Hasbro will develop “an exciting 2026 product line. The collection will feature innovative ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ products in categories such as specialty plush toys, youth electronics and role-playing games,” the statement said.

Netflix’s animated phenomenon holds the record for being the most watched movie on the online content platform.
Released in June 2025, the film has become the most popular movie of all time on Netflix, with more than 325 million views globally in 91 days, according to data from the platform.
The success is also musical: the soundtrack has climbed to number 1 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart, reaching 8.3 billion plays worldwide.
The single ‘Golden’ by the fictional group from the film HUNTR/X, surpassed 100 million weekly plays worldwide for the first time ever, according to Billboard.
The cultural impact of their characters is such that they have taken the top five spots in this year’s five most sought-after Halloween costumes, reported Agencia EFE.
