The 2025 edition of the Latin Grammy Awards left memorable performances, emotional tributes and several surprises at the awards ceremony, but one of the moments that generated the most conversation on social networks was Carin Le\u00f3n’s speech when she received the award for Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album for “Palabra de To’s (Seca)”.<\/p>\n

The singer’s comment -which mentioned historical music figures and thanked “indirect” influences- coincided with a media-heavy week for \u00c1ngela Aguilar, which led many users to compare both speeches and interpret a possible subtext. Although there is no evidence that Car\u00edn Le\u00f3n was talking about \u00c1ngela Aguilar, the conversation exploded on networks and became a trend.<\/p>\n
