The agents vowed to return to kidnap an individual who does not even live on the premises.<\/p>\n<p>Protect yourself and your neighbors: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/3aesPLacnT\">https:\/\/t.co\/3aesPLacnT<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/35E9jSGiAm\">pic.twitter.com\/35E9jSGiAm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) (@thenyic) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/thenyic\/status\/1991212670331027655?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 19, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><br \/>\nAfter forcing their way into the apartment, they dragged the woman by her hair and pointed a rifle at her 13-year-old daughter, the woman told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecity.nyc\/2025\/11\/19\/queens-ice-raid-guns-children-mother\/?utm_content=buffer2b312&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=buffer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The City<\/a> newspaper.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;ICE is an out-of-control agency that is illegally terrorizing New Yorkers,&#8221; New York Immigration Coalition executive director <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/HeyItsMurad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Murad Awawdeh<\/a>, who released the video of the raid on his X, stated on X.<\/p>\n<p>The video released shows armed agents in tactical gear entering the home with flashlights in hand in the early hours of Thursday, November 13, while the family was still asleep.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately the officer is heard saying &#8220;put your fucking hands up, stupid&#8221;, according to the video made by Jennifer, whose cell phone is soon after snatched away.<\/p>\n<p>The woman is also heard saying, &#8220;I have my baby, I have my children. what the hell?&#8221;, referring to her children aged 13, 10, 6 and two. &#8220;Don&#8217;t touch me,&#8221; the mother further told the officer.<\/p>\n<p>According to what the woman told The City, the agents banged on doors and windows for half an hour and shouted for them to open the door.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t open up, my children were terrified. I didn&#8217;t know what to tell them,&#8221; argued Jennifer, whose husband was working when the raid occurred.<\/p>\n<p>The neighbors believed it was a robbery and called the police, who after talking to the officers left the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The agents asked about his cousin and also if the children were undocumented.<\/p>\n<p>The woman responded that they were born in the U.S., after which they threatened to call the Administration for Children&#8217;s Services (ACS) and deport her if she did not cooperate.<\/p>\n<p>Under that threat, she was forced to call her cousin, who agreed to turn himself in to immigration authorities at the apartment the following week.<\/p>\n<p>Experts and civil rights organizations have denounced that ICE has detained people in similar situations, separating families even when the children are U.S. citizens.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The family is traumatized, the children are afraid to leave their mother to go to school,&#8221; Murad further stated.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No child should be the victim of such illegal and heartless behavior.
