The night of Thursday, November 20, 2025 was marked in the memory of millions of people around the world: Fatima Bosch, representative of Mexico, was crowned Miss Universe 2025 during the spectacular gala held in Thailand.<\/p>\n

At just 25 years of age, the Tabasco native became the fourth Mexican to win the title, following in the footsteps of Lupita Jones (1991), Ximena Navarrete (2010) and Andrea Meza (2020).<\/p>\n

This Friday, November 21, the newly crowned beauty queen shared her first words after receiving the international tiara, a deep, emotional and meaningful message for her country, for her community and for all the young women who see in her an example of perseverance and dignity.<\/p>\n

F\u00e1tima Bosch was born in Tabasco,<\/a> has a degree in Fashion Design and Sustainable Textiles, and has stood out not only for her beauty, but also for her discipline, leadership and emotional strength.<\/p>\n

During the contest’s training camp in Thailand, the Mexican became one of the most beloved participants, not only for her impeccable performance on the catwalk, but also for her mettle in the face of adversity.<\/p>\n

The conflict with Nawat Itsaragrisil that made her go viral<\/h2>\n

Days before the final, Bosch starred in an episode that went around the world. At a press conference, Nawat Itsaragrisil, head of the organizing committee in Thailand, accused her live on air of not sharing enough content about the host country on her social networks, going so far as to call her a “fool.”<\/p>\n

Fatima tried to respond, but was interrupted and silenced by the organizer, which generated global outrage. Her firm, calm and respectful attitude -but without letting herself be trampled- made thousands of network users sympathize with her.<\/p>\n

The conflict escalated so much that Raul Rocha, president of the Miss Universe organization, came out publicly to defend her.<\/p>\n

Days later, an embarrassed Nawat Itsaragrisil ended up apologizing in tears.<\/p>\n

This episode, far from harming her, multiplied her international fame and consolidated her image as a strong, courageous woman with her own voice.<\/p>\n

Fatima Bosch: Her coronation and her first message to the world<\/h2>\n

After a hard-fought night of competition, Fatima Bosch won the crown, sealing one of Mexico’s most memorable performances.<\/p>\n

In her message published this Friday, she said: “I knew that in that band, in Mexico, I was going out. I had to go out with strength to represent all the women who believed in me and all the people who put their love and support. It was no longer just about going out for me, but for all those people who deserve to have a voice and be heard. This is a dream.<\/p>\n

His message was full of emotion, nostalgia and gratitude for the hard work done.<\/p>\n

The now Miss Universe dedicated a few words to all the girls and teenagers who see her as an inspiration: “May you always believe in yourselves, in the beauty of your soul, your voice and what you are capable of achieving. Never allow anyone to make you doubt your value”.<\/p>\n

And he added: “If a dream came into your heart, it is because you have the capacity to achieve it. The road will not be easy, there will be obstacles, but if they work hard, they will achieve it”.<\/p>\n

On his Instagram account, Bosch posted a phrase that quickly went viral:b “Today I confirmed again that what God has destined for you, neither envy stops it, nor destiny aborts it, nor luck changes it. Viva Cristo Rey!”.<\/p>\n

The Miss Universe organization also shared a video where Fatima’s voice can be heard saying: “Because dreams come true and because God wanted it that way”.<\/p>\n

During the ceremony, Bosch made it clear that she understands the weight and responsibility of her new role: “The crown represents not only the title of a beautiful woman, but also to be able to do something with it”.<\/p>\n

Committed to promoting gender equality, the Mexican said she will use her reign to be a bridge of opportunity, inspiration and social transformation.<\/p>\n

Fatima Bosch thus begins a new chapter as Miss Universe 2025, strengthened by her history, supported by her country and, above all, guided by a profound purpose: to serve, inspire and dignify the voice of the women of the world.<\/p>\n
