Javier Aguirre, Mexico’s coach, announced on Tuesday that the friendly match against Portugal scheduled for March 28 at the Azteca Stadium is not in doubt despite the perception of insecurity in the country.<\/p>\n

“It does not generate uncertainty for me. It’s normal that they have the right to evaluate the circumstances, but I’m considering that game for next month on FIFA<\/a> dates with my players who are playing away. I think the match against Portugal will go off without a hitch,” said the coach. <\/p>\n

Portuguese Federation closely follows the situation in Mexico<\/h2>\n

Aguirre referred to the statement issued earlier in the day by the Portuguese Football Federation.<\/p>\n

Where it was mentioned that he is closely following the situation in the country after the violence that broke out last Sunday.<\/p>\n
