The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) informed on Wednesday that relatives of Nemesio Oceguera Cervantes, alias El Mencho, who died after a military operation in Tapalpa, in the western state of Jalisco, formally requested the delivery of his mortal remains, while investigations continue into the events in which he died.<\/p>\n

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office received a document presented by a person who claimed to be the legal representative of the deceased’s relatives, requesting the delivery of the body.<\/p>\n
