Dominican presenter<\/a> Francisca<\/span><\/span> once again demonstrated the closeness she maintains with her public by sharing details of the cosmetic procedure she is undergoing after the birth of her youngest daughter. The host of Despierta America<\/span><\/span> has been transparent about her physical and emotional process after giving birth to Raffaella, her third daughter. <\/p>\n

For weeks now, Francisca has made it clear on social networks that, after dedicating herself completely to her baby during the first months, she now seeks to refocus her energy on her personal wellbeing. “I’m done, the baby is breastfed, everything is done, now it’s time for the mommy,” she said in one of her posts. <\/p>\n

Also mother of Gennaro and Franco, the hostess has spoken openly about the changes her body has undergone after three pregnancies. Far from hiding it, she decided to address the subject with honesty, admitting that she wants to tone up especially the belly area, where she notices more flaccidity. <\/p>\n

To address this specific area, Francisca opted for a non-invasive cosmetic procedure: radiofrequency. As she explained, she consulted with a specialist to find out what alternative could help her improve the appearance of her abdomen. <\/p>\n

“After three children I have that area a little flaccid and I asked the right person what I could do and he recommended a radiofrequency treatment,” she said.<\/p>\n

According to information published by People en Espa\u00f1ol<\/span><\/span>the presenter began her sessions at the beginning of last week. She herself detailed that she will need at least six sessions to start noticing visible results. <\/p>\n

Radiofrequency, she explained, promises to stimulate collagen production, reduce flaccidity and improve the appearance of the skin, even helping with cellulite. “The truth is, I’m excited,” she commented enthusiastically. <\/p>\n

Discipline and perseverance<\/h2>\n

Beyond the aesthetic treatment, Francisca has emphasized that her transformation is also supported by discipline in her daily routine. About to turn 37, she maintains a constant exercise regimen and a careful diet. <\/p>\n

She continues to practice intermittent fasting for 16 to 18 hours, says she is “eating super-clean” and drinking plenty of water. In her Instagram<\/span><\/span>she recently shared videos where she is seen working out on the treadmill and doing weight training. <\/p>\n

Her holistic approach – combining non-invasive treatments, physical activity and balanced nutrition – reflects her intention to achieve her goals in a conscious and healthy way. As she has reiterated, this process does not respond to external pressures, but to a personal desire to feel good about herself in this new stage of her life. <\/p>\n
