Efrain Juarez has become one of the most attractive Mexican coaches in the international market after his great work with Pumas in the Clausura 2026, and after leading the university team to the top of the tournament and later to the Liga MX<\/a> Final, the auriazul tactician is already beginning to arouse interest in both MLS and European clubs.<\/p>\n

In addition to offers from Europe, MLS teams have already shown interest in signing Efra\u00edn Ju\u00e1rez for next season.<\/p>\n

Among the clubs that have been linked to Montreal FC, an institution that is evaluating options to reinforce its sporting project.<\/p>\n

The U.S. league’s interest is not surprising.<\/p>\n

After retiring as a professional soccer player, Efrain Juarez began his coaching career in MLS.<\/p>\n

In 2020, he joined the coaching staff of New York City FC as assistant to Ronny Deila, during which time he won the MLS Cup.<\/p>\n

That move allowed him to build relationships within the league and gain experience in a highly competitive environment.<\/p>\n

In addition, a few seasons ago there were also approaches with San Diego FC.<\/p>\n

Franchise looking for profiles with knowledge of Mexican soccer and capacity for youth development for its expansion project.<\/p>\n

Although an agreement was not finalized at that time, interest from the United States never completely disappeared.<\/p>\n
