Each 30-minute episode shows her interacting with chefs and owners, diving into the stories behind each dish and highlighting the connection between food, family and community.<\/span> <\/p>\n

The inaugural episode took her to Chicago, where she explored Volare, a family-owned Italian restaurant with nearly three decades of history.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the guidance of chef Massimo, a native of Bologna, they prepared together black risotto with seafood and the classic tiramisu, reflecting the city’s rich Italian-American heritage.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Together they prepare the Copenhagen Caesar Salad and the Solvang Hot Chicken Sandwich, exemplifying the fusion of cultures and the resilience of entrepreneurship.<\/span> <\/p>\n
