Durante una visita a Centroam\u00e9rica, Kristi Noem declar\u00f3 que se hab\u00edan firmado acuerdos con Guatemala y Honduras para que estos pa\u00edses ofrecieran refugio a personas de otras naciones que, de otro modo, buscar\u00edan asilo en Estados Unidos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Noem, estos acuerdos permitir\u00edan a EE.UU. devolver a los migrantes no solo a sus pa\u00edses de origen, sino tambi\u00e9n a terceros pa\u00edses considerados seguros.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sin embargo, tanto Guatemala como Honduras han negado haber firmado acuerdos de este tipo.<\/span><\/p>\n
