In one of the recorded incidents, a minor even fired an airsoft gun after kicking the door, increasing the level of risk and terror among residents.<\/p>\n

The video was captured by a security camera and released by the local sheriff’s office.<\/p>\n

In DeBary, Volusia County, two teenagers, ages 13 and 15, were arrested for participating in this viral prank.<\/p>\n

After kicking the door open, they were recorded by Ring cameras and subsequently captured by police.<\/p>\n

Both face felony burglary charges, despite having justified the act as a simple prank.<\/p>\n

One of them confessed that they did the viral challenge “out of stupidity,” according to authorities.<\/p>\n

Even without intent to enter, a knock could be interpreted as attempted robbery.<\/p>\n

One resident stated that he awoke to a loud bang and upon checking his video camera, found the masked face of one of the minors fleeing after the act.<\/p>\n
