According to authorities, the attacker had planned to enter the offices of the National Football League (NFL), located in the skyscraper, with a violent purpose motivated by an alleged brain disease.<\/p>\n<p>A note written by Tamura was found at the scene claiming he suffered from chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a neurodegenerative disorder associated with repeated blows to the head.
