Roland Mehrez Beainy, owner of a pro-Trump-themed burger chain called Trump Burger<\/em>, could be deported from the U.S., despite his fervent admiration for the president.<\/p>\n

Beainy, 28, a native of Lebanon, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement(ICE<\/a>) in May 2025 for overstaying his nonimmigrant visa<\/a>, which expired in February 2024.<\/p>\n

According to official reports, Beainy entered the country in 2019 on a visitor’s visa, but did not renew it or leave the country, thus violating his immigration status.<\/p>\n

DHS also alleges that she filed a marriage-based residency application (I-130), but it was revoked after concluding that the marriage was fraudulent; there was no proof of cohabitation, and even family members of the alleged spouse confirmed it.<\/p>\n

An ICE spokesperson emphasized that “this person does not have a green card, has a history of illegal marriages and an assault charge. ICE enforces the law regardless of your political beliefs or businesses you own.”<\/p>\n
