Civil groups of the ‘Home is Here’ campaign launched Thursday a platform to monitor young migrants detained by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement(ICE<\/a>) despite being covered by the DACA program, which so far totals almost 20 cases.<\/p>\n
