Spain’s Jordi Alba will end his career as a professional soccer player at the conclusion of the current MLS<\/a> season with Inter Miami at the end of the year, the former Valencia and Barcelona player and winner of numerous titles with the Azulgrana club announced Tuesday.<\/p>\n

“Hello everyone. The time has come to close a transcendental stage in my life. I have made the decision to end my career as a professional footballer at the end of this season,” the 36-year-old Spanish international player said in a video posted on his social networks titled “Thank you soccer, thank you for so much.”<\/p>\n
