The player belonged to Piau\u00ed Esporte Clube, a team where he had established himself as one of the new promises of regional soccer. His death was confirmed by local media and by the club itself through an official statement on social networks<\/a>. According to Brazilian press reports, the accident occurred around 3:25 a.m., when Antony Ylano was returning home after sharing a family celebration. On the way, his motorcycle collided with an animal that was on the road.
