For Latino men in the United States, long workdays and family responsibilities can put exercise on the back burner. However, with the right exercise routines, it is possible to stay active without sacrificing too much time.  <\/p>\n<p>According to the American Heart Association, getting at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity and diabetes, common problems in the Latino community. The key is to find efficient and easy-to-integrate exercise into your daily routine. <\/p>\n<h2><!--more--><\/h2>\n<h2>1.
