Colombian singer Shakira premiered on Wednesday the official video clip of her song ‘Zoo’, which will be part of the soundtrack of the movie ‘Zootopia 2’ that Disney will be released in theaters on November 26, and in which the artist gives voice to a gazelle named Gazelle.
The video shows the singer performing a concert in front of hundreds of characters from the animated children’s movie, which is based in a metropolitan city inhabited only by animals of all species.
It was posted on DisneyMusic’s YouTube account and has already accumulated more than 11,000 ‘likes’ in just two hours since its release.
Zootopia 2 to hit theaters with music by Shakira
Shakira presented last night a preview of the video clip during a concert of her tour ‘Women no longer cry’ in Quito, where she also announced the presentation of the video on Wednesday afternoon.
The film, as well as its upcoming sequel, is set in a world of anthropomorphic animals and stars rabbit Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and fox Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman).
Zootopia 2 is written and directed by Byron Howard and Jared Bush, reported Agencia EFE.
