Bad Bunny set the Latin music world ablaze once again with a moment that quickly went viral on social networks: the surprise appearance of Romeo Santos during his concert at the Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The event occurred last Saturday, November 22, during the second day of his world tour Debí Tirar Más Fotos, and provoked one of the loudest and most exciting moments of the night.

The Dominican audience exploded in screams when Romeo Santos – considered the most influential figure in modern bachata – took the stage near the end of the concert. Both artists performed “BOKeTE” together, now in bachata version, generating an electrifying reaction among the audience. The song is part of the album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and recently won the Latin Grammy for Album of the Year.

A historic reunion

This musical reunion marked a special moment for fans, especially because it is not the first collaboration between the two.

In 2021, Bad Bunny teamed up with Aventura, the group that catapulted Romeo Santos, to release “Volví”.

A song that fused reggaeton and bachata and became an international hit.

The joint performance comes just weeks after Billboard released its Top Latin Artists of the 21st Century list, where Bad Bunny ranked No. 1 and Romeo Santos No. 2.

Based on their performance on the Top Latin Albums and Hot Latin Songs charts between 2000 and 2024.

This coincidence underscores the enormous influence and success of both artists in the Latin industry.

The concert in Santo Domingo is part of the Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour.

The tour follows Bad Bunny’s historic residency No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.

During the remainder of 2025 and most of 2026, the tour will visit countries in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, consolidating the artist’s global presence.
