The Hispanic minor found dead in singer D4vd’s car died of multiple “penetrating wounds,” the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office said Wednesday, classifying the death as a homicide.
The 21-year-old singer was indicted last Monday on aggravated charges for the murder and mutilation of the body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was 13 years old when she was reported missing in 2024 in Lake Elsinore (California), and whose body was found last September 8, one day after what would have been her 15th birthday.
Forensic report confirms homicide

The coroner’s report determined that the deceased Hispanic minor had two penetrating wounds to the torso, including an injury to the liver.
It also indicates that the teenager’s body tested positive for benzodiazepines and methamphetamine.
The death of Rivas Hernandez was classified as a homicide, which confirms the indictment.
Odey Ukpo, chief medical examiner of the Forensic Department, thanked the Los Angeles Justice Court for authorizing the release of the information.
