The federal trial of rapper and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs, charged with felony sex trafficking and racketeering, has entered its final phase in the Southern District Court of New York.

However, the jury’s deliberations faced a setback when concerns were raised about the ability of one of its members to follow the judge’s instructions.

The other jurors questioned his ability to abide by the judge’s legal instructions during deliberations.

Although the specific reasons for this concern were not detailed, the judge responded by reminding the jury of its obligation to deliberate fairly and follow established guidelines.

If convicted on all charges, he could face a life sentence.
