Venezuela’s José Altuve hit a home run, Puerto Rico’s Carlos Correa and Honduras’ Mauricio Dubón each scored and drove in a run, and Mexico’s Ramón Urías drove in the Astros’ run to put the Orioles away in an 11-inning game.
Enyel de los Santos (4-3) completed two shutout innings and won for the Astros.
Jackson Holliday and Dylan Carlson hit two-run home runs for the Orioles.
