Adamari Lopez, renowned Puerto Rican actress and host, is preparing for a major change in her daily life. At 54 years old, the presenter will temporarily leave her home in Miami for work reasons, which will take her away from the talk show “Desiguales” for at least two months.

The reason: the taping of the third season of the hit game show ¿Quién Caerá? produced by TelevisaUnivision and broadcast by UniMás, which has been very successful.

“I’m a little overwhelmed because I’m going on a two-month trip,” she expressed as she organized her suitcases. “I have to pack for myself, for Alaïa, who will join me a month later, and also for my sister, who will accompany her. I make lists so I don’t forget anything, from the simplest to the most essential,” she said.

Filming will again take place in Uruguay, where previous seasons of the program were also filmed.

The choice of this country responds to technical and logistical factors that favor production, but for Adamari it has meant having to adapt to demanding logistics.

In the same video, the presenter explained: “The first time I took some things with me and I thought about buying others there, but I found that the products, especially European or American brands, are much more expensive. Something that costs 30 dollars in the U.S. can cost up to 100 dollars there”.

This experience led her to meticulously plan everything she needed for her stay.

One of the most exciting aspects of this new project is that her nine-year-old daughter, Alaïa Costa López, will have a special role as co-host of the children’s version of the show.

This was announced by Adamari weeks ago on “Desiguales”, enthusiastically highlighting her daughter’s television debut.

“The dynamic will be fun: if the child contestants don’t answer correctly, they will fall into the water and Alaïa will be waiting for them to talk to them,” she explained.

This participation marks a significant moment both for Adamari’s career and for the personal and professional growth of her daughter, the fruit of her relationship with Spanish dancer Toni Costa.
