In the hours leading up to the start of Rosalía’s first concert in Madrid there is already great expectation for the arrival of the singer on her ‘Lux’ tour, with dozens of fans awaiting the opening of the doors of the Movistar Arena in the Spanish capital.
Many attendees have opted for white clothes, the color chosen by the singer to promote her album ‘Lux’, to attend this Monday’s event in Madrid, which will host three other concerts on April 1, 3 and 4.
From early in the morning the first rows began to form to get a good place at the concert, to which many of her fans arrive “a little scared” after the food poisoning that the artist suffered in Milan (Italy) and forced her to cancel the show, told EFE one of the attendees.
Some fans traveled to Madrid from different parts of Spain after getting tickets for the concert, which were quickly sold out after a brilliant sale of his tour in Spain.
Like many other recent high-demand events, this concert left more frustration than tickets, selling out amid long virtual lines, as did all the Barcelona dates (April 13, 15, 17 and 18).
After “refreshing” the page many times and waiting “an hour”, a follower from Cadiz (southern Spain) said she managed to buy two tickets for her and her friend, while she was traveling in Venice (Italy).
Other fans were able to get tickets thanks to the coordination between several friends, according to two other fans, dressed in white, combined with black touches, such as the corset of one of them.
“What Rosalía wears sets the trend, sets the fashion and is transmitted in the outfits of her fans,” said this fan in the vicinity of the Movistar Arena, where they arrived in the morning.
Her friend will enjoy for the second time a concert of this tour, after attending the one in Lyon (France). “I’m super fan, the staging is amazing and I wanted to come with my friends,” she said.
A young woman has been waiting for the opening of the doors since the morning, painting a portrait of Rosalía on a canvas, which she hopes to deliver “by hand” to the singer, as she has already done, she said, to Jennifer López.
“I have another three chances if I can’t today,” confided this follower, who tried to deliver her design through Rosalía’s team, reported Agencia EFE.
