This Sunday, May 25, 2025, young Mexican outfielder Alejandro Osuna experienced one of the most important moments of his career when he made his Major League Baseball(MLB) debut with the Texas Rangers. At 22 years old, Osuna was called up after veteran Joc Pederson suffered a fractured right hand and was placed on the injured list.

Originally from Ahome, Sinaloa, Alejandro Osuna was lined up sixth in the batting order and covered the left fielder position in the game against the Chicago White Sox. Although his offensive performance was not outstanding – he went 3-0, received a base on balls and was eliminated trying to steal second base – his defensive contribution was key, with an important catch that helped his team.
