Venezuelan model Aleska Genesis has generated controversy following her return to the reality show La Casa de los Famosos All-Stars, after being arrested for alleged theft after leaving the program in March 2025.
On March 10, 2025, Aleska was eliminated from the reality show and, upon leaving the premises, was arrested by agents of the Mexico State Prosecutor’s Office, pursuant to an arrest warrant for her alleged participation in the theft of luxury watches valued at approximately 10 million Mexican pesos.
Detention and legal process
This case dates back to January 2024, when she was arrested at the Mexico City International Airport on similar charges.
Although at the time she was released for lack of evidence, she did not attend subsequent summons, which led to her recent arrest.
After being transferred to the Santa Martha Acatitla Prison, Aleska was sentenced to trial, but was conditionally released under precautionary measures, including the surrender of her passport, the prohibition to leave Mexico and the obligation to report periodically to the authorities.
Return to reality and reactions
On April 15, 2025, Aleska returned to La Casa de los Famosos All-Stars to participate in the “Tú por tú” section, where former contestants interview themselves.
During his speech, he shared his experience in prison and reflected on his personal process, stating:

However, her return has been the subject of criticism on social networks, where some users described her as “false and overacted”, questioning the authenticity of her story and her motivation for returning to the program.
People are annoyed by Aleska’s presence
In the program of Tuesday, April 15, Aleska Genesis reappeared to talk about what happened inside and outside the Casa de los Famosos All Stars, after her expulsion unleashing criticism from the people.
Many social media users claimed that Telemundo ‘used’ her for ratings and to generate morbidity and increase the show’s ratings.
In addition, several people predicted that they would ‘force’ a love story on the show because she is now linked to Italian Luca Onestini.
Allegedly, members of the reality show asked on behalf of Luca to ‘take’ Aleska and curiously, the Italian won the weekly leadership and with that the power to go up to the suite.
“Aleska will spoil Luca’s game and all because of the romance they want to invent for the show,” said one of the fans of La Casa de los Famosos All Stars.
