The Latin Grammy Awards return to Las Vegas this Thursday with a ceremony that will recognize the best of Latin music of the past year and will feature big stars such as Bad Bunny, the favorite of the night with 12 nominations, Karol G and Alejandro Sanz.
The gala will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas starting at 17.00 local time (1.00 GMT on Friday). The event will be hosted by actress Roselyn Sanchez and Colombian singer Maluma.
Bad Bunny, who presented his album ‘DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS’ this year, is followed by Argentinians Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso, who obtained 10 nominations thanks to their album ‘Papota’, as well as composer Edgar Barrera with the same number of nominations, while Natalia Lafourcade is up for eight golden gramophones.

Alejandro Sanz will face the most nominees in the three most important categories of the night for his album ‘Y ahora qué?’, while Spain’s Aitana will be chasing her first awards in three different categories.
According to Agencia EFE, Colombia’s Karol G, who only has one nomination for recording of the year for the song ‘Si antes te hubiera conocido’, will perform a musical number at the gala, as will Mexico’s Carlos Santana, Puerto Rico’s Rauw Alejandro, U.S. artist Kacey Musgraves, Mexico’s Christian Nodal and Argentina’s Nathy Peluso, among others.
