Venezuelan presenter Carolina Sandoval, known as “La Venenosa”, has openly shared her recent decision to undergo surgery to reduce the size of her breast implants.
This intervention, carried out in May 2025, marks a milestone in his personal and professional life, reflecting his commitment to wellness and authenticity.
Motivations behind the surgery

After 17 years with size 36D breast implants, Carolina Sandoval opted for a reduction mammoplasty. The decision was not driven by aesthetic reasons, but by medical and personal necessity.
In his own words: “This is not for aesthetics, this had to be done because the folds of the implants, after 17 years, are moving and we have to do what has to be done”.
In addition, the presenter experienced significant weight loss in recent years, which led to her previous implants not fitting her new figure properly.
This physical change motivated her to look for a solution that would provide her with greater comfort and body harmony.
The surgical process and recovery

The surgery was performed in Miami under the supervision of plastic surgeon Daniel Careaga.
Carolina shared moments prior to the operation on her social networks, showing the support of her mother and eldest daughter, Bárbara Camila.
After the intervention, she temporarily absented herself from the “¡Siéntese Quien Pueda!” program to focus on her recovery.
During her convalescence, Carolina received the support of her followers and colleagues, who praised her courage and transparency in sharing her experience.
The presenter emphasized the importance of making decisions based on personal well-being and not on external expectations.
A comeback with a message of empowerment

On May 12, 2025, Carolina Sandoval returned to the set of “¡Siéntese Quien Pueda!” wearing a purple dress that highlighted her new figure.
During her reappearance, she expressed: “I used to want them to look at my breasts, now I want them to look me in the eyes”.
This message resonated with many of her followers, who saw in her an example of empowerment and self-acceptance.
Carolina’s transformation was not only physical, but also emotional.
Her decision to share this process publicly seeks to inspire others to prioritize their health and wellness, and to make choices that reflect their authenticity.
This is the first time I'm going out like this. I did this makeover for myself. What I did was the decision of a mother, a woman, a person who wants to stay healthy. Don't put this on or take it off just because it's trendy
