The Los Angeles Chargers defeated the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles 22-19 in overtime on Monday at the end of Week 14 of the NFL season.
With the victory, the Chargers have a record of nine wins and four losses in second place in the Western division of the American Conference. Despite the loss, the Eagles, who suffered their third loss in a row, remain at the top of the National Conference East with a record of 8-5.
Mistakes mark chaotic start to the game

The game was chaotic for the offenses due to multiple turnovers.
In the first half for Philadelphia, Jalen Hurts had two interceptions and a fumble, the most in his career.
With the Los Angeles Chargers, Justin Herbert was intercepted once and gave up a fumble that was added to another lost by Da’Shawn Hand.
Amid so many offensive miscues, the Chargers took a 10-6 lead thanks to a touchdown catch by Omarion Hampton and a 45-yard field goal by Cameron Dicker.
The Eagles cut the deficit with a pair of three-point kicks by Jake Elliott.
On the final play before halftime, Elliott missed a 48-yard field goal.
Dicker and errors take the game to OT

Early in the third quarter, Cameron Dicker added three more points with a 36-yard kickoff return.
The fumble-fest continued with one more by Eagles kick returner Britain Covey, and one offensive snap later Justin Herbert lost his second fumble of the game.
An exchange of field goals made the score 13-9.
On the opening kickoff of the final quarter the Eagles surprised with a fake and settled their series with a 52-yard run by Saquon Barkley to turn it around 13-16.
One series later, Jalen Hurts suffered his third interception and fourth turnover, a mistake that the Los Angeles Chargers took advantage of to tie the game 16-16 via a Cameron Dicker field goal.
With two minutes remaining the Monarchs went ahead 16-19 on another Jake Elliott kick.
The home side tied it 19-19 and sent the game into overtime with a field goal by Dicker.
Dicker sentences and Eagles collapse

In the aggregate Cameron Dicker gave the Chargers the lead back 22-19 with a 54-yard kick.
In their series the Eagles intercepted Jalen Hurts for the fourth time to seal the victory.
