Conservative commentator Charlie Kirk’s wife, Erika, vowed Friday to carry on her husband’s legacy and issued a warning to those involved in his murder, “If you thought my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea what you have just unleashed on this entire country and this world.”

“You have no idea of the fire you have lit inside this wife. This widow’s cry will echo around the world like a battle cry. To everyone listening tonight in the United States: the movement my husband built will not die,” Erika warned in her first public appearance since her husband’s murder at a university event in the western part of the country.

In front of her husband’s desk, where Charlie Kirk was making his broadcasts on his social networks, the wife began her speech by mourning the death of her husband, an ally of U.S. President Donald Trump.

“My husband gave his life for me, for our nation, for our children. He showed the ultimate, true love.”

“I will never, ever have the words to describe the loss I feel in my heart,” he said.

During her speech, Erika thanked the U.S. president, who had a close friendship with the conservative activist.

As well as his determination to hunt down his killers as soon as possible.

Promises that the legacy will live on

“The evildoers responsible for my husband’s murder have no idea what they have done.”

“They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith and God’s merciful love. Everyone should know this.”

Erika assured that her husband Charlie Kirk’s mission “will not end, not for an instant.”

“One of Charlie’s greatest talents was his ability, that phenomenal ability to pick great people to follow.”

“I always found those who could handle any setback, and it was almost like I knew,” he added.

The Kirk couple had been married since May 2021, had two children, and together led conservative-religious activist causes and organizations in Arizona.

Funeral to be held in Arizona

The conservative activist was shot in the neck last Wednesday while participating in a university debate in front of hundreds of people at Utah Valley University, located in the western U.S. state of Utah.

The U.S. president has declared his intention to attend Charlie Kirk’s funeral, which will be held in Arizona, although the date and place are unknown at this time, according to EFE.
