A man identified as José Ángel Muñoz Valderrama, 61 years old and known locally as “La Talanga”, took his own life on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., in the patio of his home located on Viesca Street, Ampliación Las Vegas neighborhood, in the city of Francisco I. Madero, Coahuila; the man turned out to be the father-in-law of the vocalist of the group ‘Los Dos Carnales’.

After receiving a report of a deceased person at the home, agents from the Criminal Investigation Agency (Agencia de Investigación Criminal) went to the scene to take cognizance of the incident and begin official inquiries.

José Ángel’s body was found in the patio and later transferred by the Forensic Services personnel to the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) in Matamoros, Coahuila, to perform the necropsy.

Authorities confirmed to ‘Telediario‘ that no posthumous message explaining his decision was found, so the reasons for his death remain unknown.
