Not even being in one of the most prestigious universities in the world saved Fatima Bosch from the controversy that has dogged her since her coronation.
Four months after making history as the third Mexican Miss Universe, the Tabasco native had to face the most uncomfortable questioning of her reign in front of hundreds of students at Harvard.

During a dynamic Q&A, a psychology student didn’t mince words and threw a question at him that left everyone’s mouth agape.
She questioned the validity of her win based on statements from judges who said they did not vote for her and rumors that the crown “was already bought.”
“Why do you decide to keep that crown instead of returning it?” the young woman sentenced.
“Regaño” included: Fatima’s reply
🤣 Lady Harvard speaks without evidence 🤡 what surprises me the most is that she came out to defend Fatima Bosch from another MEXICAN a guy who is not from Mexico 🙈 What a shame. As a psychologist it will be normal to ridicule and humiliate in front of people a guest of the institution you represent? pic.twitter.com/uIWFnEL3ix

Far from getting nervous, Fatima Bosch took out her caste and defended her title with a speech that is already dividing the social networks.
Miss Universe assured that she does not intend to resign because she has worked “very hard” and that her reign has broken schemes.
“I have shown these four months that I have done things that have never been done before, like taking off your heels and going into a community to bring medicine,” he responded sharply.
But it didn’t stop there. Fatima took the opportunity to give the student a lesson in sisterhood:
“It’s because of people like you that people stick their foot in their mouth and question when a woman has a position…I don’t see any man questioned when he has a position, ever.”
A reign marked by scandal

It should be recalled that Fatima’s triumph was one of the most significant.
From the resignation of the jury Omar Harfouch, who assured that the process was “compromised”, to the emptiness of her own Miss Mexico colleagues, who preferred to see Yoana Gutiérrez (Miss Jalisco) with the international sash.
Through it all, the 25-year-old fashion designer remains steadfast, proving that although the road has been difficult (overcoming even bullying for suffering from ADHD and dyslexia as a child), she will not let go of the title she won in 2025.
