Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani issued a threat on Sunday and said they will hit Israel and the United States with unprecedented force in response to the offensive launched by both countries against the Persian nation, which killed Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

“Yesterday, Iran fired missiles at the United States and Israel and caused damage. Today we will hit them with a force they have never experienced before,” warned the official in a message broadcast on X in the midst of new cross attacks in Tehran, Tel Aviv and in several countries of the Middle East. Hours earlier, Larijani had advanced, in statements to state television, that they would strike back at the death of the supreme leader, who ruled the course of the Islamic Republic for the past 36 years. “They have burned the heart of the Iranian people. We, in response, will burn their hearts,” he warned.

“These martyrs strengthen the resistance of the people. Our nation possesses an innate conscience.”

“God willing, it will overcome this stage with pride,” the official said, recalling that the Persian people have faced worse events throughout history and prevailed over invaders.

In his opinion, U.S. President Donald Trump “is a perfect symbol” of “colonialist plundering” which, he warned, uses deceit to convince the peoples.

In addition, he said that the Republican has “fallen into Israel’s trap” by getting involved in this war, following the offensive that the two countries jointly launched on Saturday.

“Israel seeks Iran’s fragmentation”.

“When there is a large country like Iran, with an ancient history and a civilized people, Israel has no choice but to fragment it in order to dominate the region,” added the secretary, who noted that Washington has placed itself under Israel’s domination.

Trump issued a threat Sunday to strike Iran with “never-before-seen force” if Tehran makes good on its promise to strike with a historic offensive against the United States and Israel in revenge for the ayatollah’s death.

The warning came shortly after the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced attacks against 27 U.S. military bases in the Middle East and Israeli targets.

This in revenge for the death of the Israeli supreme leader, according to a publication in X of Tasnim, an agency linked to the armed wing of the Iranian regime.

Since Saturday’s joint U.S.-Israeli strikes against Iran, the Persian country has attacked the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, among others, allies of the United States and where the Western power has military bases.
