The QuéOnnda and Nueva Network family continues to grow and, on this occasion, it does so with a proposal that promises to shake the foundations of health education. It is “Medicina Con Cabeza”, the acclaimed podcast hosted by Carlos Yebra, which arrives on our platform to demonstrate that medicine does not have to be a torture of endless memorization. HERE you can listen to the podcast.
Under the slogan “If you want to understand medicine and not to botch it, this is your place”, Yebra invites students of medicine, nursing, pharmacy and curious about health to an educational experience where logic and pathophysiology are the real protagonists.

Carlos Yebra’s trajectory is that of a professional who decided to be the change he wanted to see in his environment.
Currently a cardiology resident, Carlos started this project four years ago, when he was in his sixth year of medicine.
His motivation was born out of frustration accumulated during his career, noticing that the traditional system focused on “plating” (mechanical memorization) rather than a deep understanding of disease mechanisms and drugs.
“Here you will find a completely different way of studying cardiology because pure memorization has no place,” says Yebra, who has managed to consolidate a loyal community thanks to his direct, human and highly pedagogical style.
Understanding to heal: The heart of the podcast
On Medicina Con Cabeza, listeners will find episodes designed to break down complex topics in cardiology and related fields.
The production seeks future health professionals to focus on:
Pathophysiology: Understanding the “why” of the symptoms.
Drug Management: Going beyond the dose to understand the mechanism of action.
Breaking the traditional system: A fresh teaching approach that moves away from dry textbooks.
An alliance for knowledge
The addition of this podcast to the content bar of Nueva Network and QuéOnnda reinforces our commitment to offer information that not only entertains, but also transforms the lives and careers of our audience.
