The NFL Draft 2025 will be held April 24-26 at historic Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, and will feature several Latino players as strong candidates to be selected by one of the league’s 32 teams.

Each year, the event brings together the best prospects in college soccer, and this year’s edition features at least five talents with Latino roots who could make their way into the NFL. QueOnnda.com presents a detailed analysis of their profiles and projections.

Xavier Restrepo

Of Colombian descent, Xavier Restrepo is one of the most productive receivers in Miami Hurricanes history.

On the team, he led in receptions (90) and touchdowns (8) in the 2024 season.

With 1,092 yards receiving and a notable performance at the NFL Combine, he projects as a second- or third-round selection.

Damien Martinez

This Miami Hurricanes power runner, with Mexican roots, is known for his tackle-breaking ability and vision in the open field.

In 2024, he averaged 5.4 yards per carry and totaled more than 1,100 ground yards.

His performance at the Combine projects him as a fifth rounder.

Sebastian Castro

Castro, a Mexican-born safety from the Iowa Hawkeyes, is a solid defender who plays well against the run and has the ability to cover space in the air.

In 2024, he recorded 57 tackles and 2 interceptions in 12 games.

His versatility makes him ideal for teams looking for depth in the secondary, projected as a sixth rounder.

Elijah Arroyo

Although he suffered two ACL injuries, this big (6’4″, 250 lbs) Mexican tight end from the Miami Hurricanes possesses sure hands.

He is considered a threat in the red zone.

In his 2024 return, he caught 23 passes for 312 yards. He is projected between the fourth and fifth rounds.

Andres Borregales

Considered one of the best kickers in the NFL Draft, Borregales, of Venezuelan descent, made 88% of his field goal attempts.

With Miami Hurricanes he showed a powerful leg with clearances of more than 55 yards.

He is likely to be selected in the sixth or seventh round.
