“We want to provide a space where everyone feels welcome: children, adults, neighbors and visitors.” So said a spokesperson for Broadway Restaurant Group, the company behind the long-awaited Park City project, a new outdoor park set to open this spring in South Boston. Spanning more than 30,000 square feet, Park City will be a one-of-a-kind temporary venue featuring local and international cuisine, live music programming, and activities for the whole family.
The site will be located at 383 Dorchester Ave. in the space known as LOT on the Dot, and is scheduled to open in May 2025. For Hispanic families living in Boston or anywhere in the northeastern United States, this new urban park represents a valuable opportunity: to enjoy good food, music and community in a safe, vibrant and accessible environment.
What will Park City offer?

The menu, led by Chef Mike Sanchez, will include a variety of options that promise to satisfy all tastes. Among the featured dishes are:
New England classics: lobster rolls, fried clams
Comfort food: smash style hamburgers, fried chicken sandwiches
Global flavors: Peruvian lomo saltado, Greek gyros and street noodle bowls
Desserts and snacks: ice cream cart with flavors for kids and adults
Park City será un lugar único en su tipo

In addition to the gastronomic offer, Park City will have a stage for concerts, playgrounds for children and common areas to enjoy the outdoors.
All in an environment designed to bring families and friends together during the warmer months of the year.
With community vision

Broadway Restaurant Group is known for operating popular establishments such as Loco Taqueria, Capo, Fat Baby Sushi and Lincoln Tavern & Restaurant, all located in South Boston.
With Park City, Boston’s outdoor park opening this spring, they aim to create an open, relaxed and diverse meeting place, integrating food, art and community.
And it’s not the only plan in the works.
As reported by The Boston Globe, the same company will open another Italian restaurant in the South End, also in May 2025.
It will be located at 490 Harrison Avenue and will have a terrace, event space and parking.
