How was the idea of creating Alquimia Interior born?
It has only one intention: The awakening of people.
I want everyone to learn to self-observe, to connect with their essence and to live a conscious evolution.
It is a space for those who seek to transform their inner self and understand that all real change begins within.
What does Alquimia Interior mean to you in a simple sentence?
Revelation of your self and transformation into consciousness.
It means taking an honest look at yourself, acknowledging your shadows, healing and raising your energy to create a more conscious version of yourself.
What is the biggest myth about emotional health in the Latino community?
The most common myth is the thought “This is who I am and I’m not going to change”.
We find it difficult to have the flexibility to look at life from another perspective.
And when we believe we cannot change, we close ourselves off from growing, healing and evolving.
If you could only give one tip for managing daily stress, what would it be?
Give the value that our emotions require.
Do not run away from them, but listen to them.
Because what is not attended to is repeated, and the body always ends up expressing what the mind is silent about.
Which listener’s story touched you the most?
That of those who have lived through abusive relationships.
Seeing how many people lose control of their lives out of fear or habit has a deep impact on me.
We struggle to understand that we deserve a life in peace, free of emotional pain and dependency.
What advice do you have for Latinos in the U.S. to take care of their emotional health?
The first thing is to accept the grief that comes with leaving your country and your environment.
Then, be aware of the choice they made and its purpose.
Manage social anxiety, take care of your self-confidence and recognize your inner strength.
Every challenge – language, loneliness, change of culture – can be an opportunity for personal growth if lived with awareness.
What have you learned about yourself from Alquimia Interior?
I have learned to be more empathetic, to see myself in the mirror of each story and to understand that all roads, even the difficult ones, lead to wisdom.
And above all, I have learned to overcome my fears.
Because true growth does not come from what is easy, but from what challenges us to be better.
Through each episode, Paty Leal shares practical tools to live with more calm, gratitude and awareness.
Paty Leal’s message to the Hispanic community is clear:
With her spiritual guide, she shares how to transform pain into wisdom through self-knowledge and inner awareness
