The latest work of the Spanish Rosalía,‘Lux‘, has been considered by Billboard magazine as the second best album released in 2025, only behind Bab Bunny and her successful “Debí tirar más fotos”.
“After MOTOMAMI (2022), which opened the doors to a fascinating and chaotic universe of self-expression, LUX is a study in ascension,” assures the prestigious magazine about Rosalía’s fourth album, which “transcends the chaos of her previous work and enters the vast and almost unreachable realm of the divine.”
“Performed in 13 different languages, LUX unfolds as a symphonic epic of 15 tracks, recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra and enhanced by a cast of collaborators,” notes the trade publication.
Rosalía’s masterpiece: LUX

For Billboard, “LUX blurs the boundaries between the sacred and the profane, the classical and the contemporary. Though spiritually inclined, the album does not attempt to answer the most important questions. Instead, Rosalia leaves listeners in awe of the audacity of her vision, even as she is able to pose them in a compelling way.”
Rosalia released the new album, also considered one of the best of the year by The New York Times, on October 27, reported Agencia EFE, with the track ‘Berghain’, a song that breaks with everything she had previously recorded.
