Actor Ryan Reynolds unveiled this Tuesday on social networks the jersey of Internacional de Bogotá, until last December known as La Equidad, a Colombian first division club acquired in January last year by the investment group of which he is part.
“They sent me a T-shirt. A scarf. And a mug. And it came after Christmas, which means a hell of a lot more,” Reynolds wrote in an Instagram story in which he is shown looking at the items with excitement and humor before putting them on, with his usual irony.

Ryan Reynolds new owner?
In January 2025, the U.S. investment group Tylis-Porter, of which Ryan Reynolds is a member, acquired La Equidad, and the new owners announced in December its name change to Internacional de Bogotá as part of an identity renewal that included a new crest and uniforms, with references to symbols of the city such as the eastern hills and the Andean condor.
“This is already happening. Ryan Reynolds is part of Inter de Bogotá,” the team added in a publication on its X account in which it re-publicized the video of the actor.

In addition to Reynolds, the Tylis-Porter group is supported by other stars such as actors Eva Longoria and Rob McElhenney, baseball player Justin Verlander, model Kate Upton and speaker Scott Galloway.
Reynolds, who stars in films such as ‘Deadpool’ and ‘Green Lantern’, and McElhenney, who plays Mac in the comedy series ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’, acquired English fifth division side Wrexham FC in 2020, which in two years saw them promoted to League Two (fourth division), League One (third division) and now the Championship (second division).
They also became minority owners of Necaxa in Mexico last year, reported Agencia EFE.
