Mexican host Alejandra Espinoza enthusiastically shared an important family achievement that reflects the union and commitment of her family: the recognition given to her husband Aníbal Marrero.
This event not only represented a physical challenge, but also a symbol of self-improvement and strengthening family ties; the driver and her husband and son are very active in sports.

Alejandra Espinoza’s husband was recognized by the Puerto Rico House of Representatives for his career and legacy in the industry; Aníbal Marrero is creative director.
“Very happy to be here and to share this moment with colleagues, with my colleagues and well, super happy and super content and that after so much time of work, what one does here and abroad is recognized,” said the presenter’s husband in an interview.
For her part, Alejandra Espinoza wrote on social media: “I love you so much and we are so proud of you. I’ve known you for 17 years and it never ceases to amaze me your talent and the grace that God has put on you. You deserve everything good that happens to you and what is missing”.
A new shared habit
Alejandra Espinoza has been a running enthusiast for years, participating in various marathons and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
After almost four years of trying, she managed to get her husband, Aníbal Marrero, to adopt this habit.
In October 2023, Alejandra shared on her social networks: “Just as bad habits are contagious, so are good ones. It took almost 4 years to make the decision, but here she is, happy and knowing that you learn to run one mile at a time.”
On August 26, 2024, the family participated in a 5K race in Puerto Rico.
From early in the morning, they prepared for the event, showing enthusiasm and determination.
Alejandra expressed: “Tomorrow I am sure it will be one of my favorite days ever! I’m running with my loves”.
The family completed the race in 32 minutes, which was the first time that Aníbal and Matteo participated in such an event.

Aníbal Marrero, renowned choreographer and artistic director, has faced unfair criticism in the past, being wrongly labeled as “kept”.
However, she has worked with renowned artists such as Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee and Pitbull, and has been part of important productions such as Mira Quién Baila and Nuestra Belleza Latina.
His participation in the race with his family represents not only a personal achievement, but also a response to those who have questioned his commitment and effort.
