The documentary about U.S. First Lady Melania Trump, which focuses on her life and political persona, will be released on the big screen on January 30, 2026, Amazon MGM confirmed Thursday.
‘Melania,’ the documentary’s title, “offers unprecedented access to the 20 days leading up to the 2025 presidential inauguration, through the eyes of the first lady-elect herself,” the studio said in a write-up on networks.

Melania Trump serves as executive producer of the documentary, which is directed by Brett Ratner, a filmmaker known for the ‘Rush Hour’ saga and for the sexual misconduct allegations against him at the start of the ‘Me Too’ movement in 2017.
The documentary is a further step in opening up the U.S. first lady to the public after she published her first book of memoirs late last year, reported Agencia EFE.
