US President Donald Trump has threatened to sue Grammy host Trevor Noah for saying he was on Jeffrey Epstein’s island. “Looks like I’m going to send my lawyers to sue this poor, pathetic, talentless, dumb host,” he said on the social networking site Truth.

During the gala, Noah said about Trump in one of his monologues that “since Epstein is gone he needs a new island to meet Bill Clinton,” he said, referring to Greenland.

The Grammy Awards, presented Sunday night in Los Angeles, were the scene of protests against the president and his immigration policy by musicians such as Bad Bunny and Billie Eilish.

The president of the United States has said on his Truth Social profile that the awards “Are the WORST.”

“Practically unwatchable! CBS is lucky this garbage no longer floods their airwaves,” he added.

“Noah,” he continues, “whoever he is, he’s almost as bad as Jimmy Kimmel on the Academy Awards Low Level of Audience. Noah said, INCORRECTLY about me, that Donald Trump and Bill Clinton spent time on Epstein’s Island. INCORRECTLY!!!”

Trump says on social media that he does not know if Bill Clinton was on Epstein Island, but that he has never been there: “Until tonight’s false and defamatory statement, I had never been accused of being there, not even by the fake media,” he assures

The U.S. president calls on Noah, whom he describes as “a complete loser,” to “get his facts straight,” and to do so “quickly.”

“Looks like I’m going to send my lawyers to sue this poor, pathetic, talentless, dumb anchorman and sue him for a bundle of money. Ask Little George Slopadopolos and others how it all worked out. And CBS too! Get ready Noah, I’m going to have some fun with you!” the message concludes.

The message thus refers to George Papadopoulos a former adviser who was sentenced to 14 days in jail for lying to federal agents about Russia’s involvement in the 2016 election.

On Friday, January 31, the U.S. Department of Justice released 3 million new documents about the investigation with child molester and billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who is linked to celebrities in show business, business and sports, and politicians such as Donald Trump and Bill Clinton.

Bill Clinton has claimed to have traveled on Epstein’s plane on several occasions for Clinton Foundation events, but denies knowing of his crimes or having been on his island.

Several of the tycoon’s victims have denounced the government’s failure to fully release the case files, as approved by Congress at the end of 2025.
