A Southern California dentist and supporter of President Donald Trump is at the center of controversy Thursday after a video went viral in which she allegedly joked about making treatments more painful for opposition patients.
Harleen Grewal, a dentist at Skyline Smiles in Santa Clarita, California, has had to remove her videos from social media and her Yelp account, a review platform for businesses, has been temporarily deactivated, after her comments while treating patients who did not support the U.S. president came to light.

Controversy swirls over a video in which the Trump-supporting dentist recounts that she often wears a cap during her procedures with the message:
“Make your smile great again.”
This is a clear allusion to the MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement.
The dentist said in the video that she stopped using the anesthetic gas with those patients who complained or showed apathy about the message on the cap.
In the same video, in which he appears to be giving a presentation, Grewal describes the visceral reaction of some patients upon seeing his “Wall of Fame.”

Admits preferring fewer Democratic patients
“I get patients who come to my office and, looking at the pictures, you think they’re being set on fire.”
The Trump-supporting dentist is heard saying in the video.
“They shoot up and run out as if Trump had walked into the room.”
He also describes how in the covid-19 pandemic he preferred to have fewer Democratic patients.
Speaks of ‘cancellation
Grewal defended herself Thursday, telling KTLA that the comments were jokes and asserting that the California Dental Board had investigated her and cleared her of any wrongdoing.
The agency has not officially informed whether it studied the case and who denounced it.
The Trump-supporting dentist also complained about the “cancellation” she has suffered from the public.
