The tour of Cazzu tour of the United States added one of its most emotional and surprising moments during its recent presentation at the Boeing Center at Tech Port.
What seemed to be just another concert of the Argentinean trapera ended up becoming a tribute full of symbolism, nostalgia and recognition by the hand of A.B. Quintanillabrother of the unforgettable Selena Quintanilla.

The evening took an unexpected turn when Julieta Cazzuchelli, the artist’s real name, interrupted the show to announce that she had a very special guest. From the stage, and visibly moved, she introduced A.B. Quintanilla, a fundamental figure in the history of Latin music and in Selena’s artistic legacy.
The audience’s reaction was immediate. Attendees at the Texas venue burst into applause and screams when they saw the producer take the stage with his bass in hand. The excitement increased when the two began to perform “Si Una Vez”, one of Selena’s most emblematic songs and a song that continues to be an anthem for several generations.
After the tribute, Cazzu and A.B. Quintanilla continued sharing the stage with a performance of “Con Otra”, one of the Argentine singer’s most recent songs. The chemistry between both artists was reflected in a performance full of energy and complicity.
However, the most touching moment was yet to come. In front of thousands of people, Quintanilla took the floor to dedicate a deeply inspiring message to the performer.
“Julieta, never let anyone make you doubt what you are capable of achieving. Great stories begin with sacrifice, tears and hard work,” said the producer, also recalling the road he traveled with Selena before conquering the world.
The crown that thrilled everyone

The speech culminated with an unexpected and highly symbolic gesture. A.B. Quintanilla placed a glittering crown on Cazzu’s head, prompting a deafening ovation from the audience.
“We all know that there is an eternal queen in our hearts and that queen is Selena. But tonight, with all my respect, I want to recognize that you have also managed to conquer the public’s affection,” she said.
The artist could not hold back her tears. Emotionally, she hugged the producer while receiving this recognition that quickly went viral on social networks.
The following day, A.B. Quintanilla shared a message on his social networks thanking Cazzu for the invitation and the San Antonio audience for the warm reception. In addition, he surprised by dedicating some special words to Argentina, the singer’s native country.
“If you ever have the opportunity to visit Argentina, do it. It’s an amazing place,” he wrote.
