Next Tuesday, September 2, 2025, Latin music will experience a historic moment on American television: international pianist Arthur Hanlon, Colombian icon Carlos Vives and renowned Afro-Colombian artist Goyo will join forces on the stage of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (NBC) to perform “Goodbye”.

The performance will mark a milestone by fusing, for the first time on the program, the sounds of Colombian cumbia with American blues, showcasing the cultural richness and musical diversity that these three artists represent.

The track “Goodbye” is part of Hanlon’s new album, 2 Hands, 1 World, a project that celebrates cultural unity through music.

The piece combines Hanlon’s classical piano with Vives’ unmistakable voice and Goyo’s interpretative strength, giving life to what the pianist himself describes as a “cumbia blues”.

For Hanlon, known for breaking barriers with his instrument, this song represents an emotional and transcendent journey, where the piano becomes a universal language capable of uniting genres, cultures and emotions.

Goyo: Afro-Colombian singer, songwriter and activist, co-founder of ChocQuibTown, winner of GRAMMY®️. Recognized by Forbes as one of the most powerful women in Colombia, she represents the voice of a new generation of Latin artists.

The performance of “Goodbye” on Jimmy Fallon’s show will not only be a musical spectacle, but also a moment of historic visibility for Latin music on national television. The performance is expected to highlight cultural fusion and reaffirm the role of Latino artists on America’s most influential stages.
