Miley Cyrus is set to expand her latest album Something Beautiful with a deluxe edition, which will be released on September 19, 2025. This new release will include two additional songs to the 13 tracks on the original album.
The original album, released on May 30, 2025 on Columbia Records, is already described as a visual project with existential themes, focusing on healing processes, trauma and beauty found in introspection.
The bonus tracks of the deluxe version are:
“Secrets”, a collaboration with Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood (core members of Fleetwood Mac). This track was announced for release this Friday, September 19.
“Lockdown”, a song with David Byrne, another artist of great prestige.
Both tracks are additions to the deluxe edition of the album, which will serve to offer fans more new material after the original release.
Miley Cyrus: Context of the album Something Beautiful

The original album has 13 songs, including collaborations with Brittany Howard and Naomi Campbell.
Also part of the promotion is a visual album to accompany the album, with a music film that was premiered on June 6, 2025 during the Tribeca Film Festival, and subsequently screened for one night in theaters in the U.S. and Canada.
Critics have singled out Something Beautiful for its experimental sound, the aesthetic quality of the visual art and the unexpected collaborations. It has also been noted that the deluxe edition expands the project with legendary voices and influential musicians, adding artistic value beyond the commercial.
Confirmed:
The release date of the deluxe edition: September 19, 2025.
Two new songs: Secrets with Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood, and Lockdown with David Byrne.
For fans, this deluxe edition represents more than just adding songs: it is an extension of the aesthetic and emotional universe that Miley has built with Something Beautiful. The collaboration with members of Fleetwood Mac and David Byrne suggests a generational bridge between classic rock/pop artists and Miley herself, who has shown admiration for those influences.
The September 19 release will allow us to see how the album positions itself in the charts, what the reception of the track Secrets (also dedicated to her father, Billy Ray Cyrus) is, and how Lockdown completes the album’s intimate yet experimental narrative.
