Bad Bunny assured Thursday that he will turn the Super Bowl stage into “a big party” and that he will bring “a lot of Puerto Rican culture” to the halftime show, in which he will be the first artist to headline the halftime show of the U.S. sport with a musical catalog entirely in Spanish.
“I just want people to have fun, it will be a great party, and I will do what people always expect from me. That’s what I want to bring, and of course a lot of my culture, said the Puerto Rican artist at a press conference held Thursday in San Francisco.
Bad Bunny avoided revealing details about the thirteen minutes his show will last, even when asked directly about possible guests who might join him.

“I will have many guests, which will be my family and the entire Latino community around the world,” he said.
“I don’t want to gut anything, people just have to worry about dancing. I know I told people they had four months to learn Spanish, but there’s no need either, just learn to dance and do what comes from your heart,” he added.
The singer acknowledged that he has not yet assimilated everything that has happened to him in recent months, in which he has been “working hard” to offer his best version.
“There’s a lot of gratitude. That’s how I’ve felt this whole year with the album. The biggest feeling is to be grateful. I’m happy, still processing, but very excited,” he commented.
Bad Bunny assured that he only thinks about enjoying those thirteen minutes. “I try to enjoy myself and I know I’m going to have fun, and so is the team. I try not to put so much pressure on myself,” he said.
About his most recent album ‘DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS’, the artist pointed out that it “taught him a lot” and that it is “the most special project” of his career.

With this album, his sixth studio album, which encompasses nostalgia for his homeland, “I wanted to connect with my roots, with my people more than ever and with my culture, and I did it in a very honest way because I just wanted to do my residency in Puerto Rico and that’s it, stay on the island,” he said.
“But then it was like, ‘the world really loves me,’ I should return that love and show them the affection they really deserve. And now, the opportunity to bring that feeling that I expressed on this album on one of the biggest stages is something I never imagined,” he added.
Visibly moved, Bad Bunny responded on who will be most present in his thoughts in the days leading up to the Super Bowl: “My mother has always believed that I was capable of anything, but above all, that I am a good person,” he concluded, reported Agencia EFE.
