Every year, when October arrives, Belinda proves that Halloween is much more than a date on the calendar: it is her stage to display creativity, glamour and theatricality. In 2025, the singer and actress once again outdid herself with a celebration that confirms her as the true queen of Halloween in Mexico.
Her now traditional theme party, known as “Beliween”, gathered a select group of celebrities, who witnessed a visual production that combined terror, fantasy and neon aesthetics, a hallmark of the artist.
The event, set under the Beliween theme : a universe of terror and fantasy painted in radioactive green, was an immersive experience where the decoration, lights and visual effects transformed the venue into a supernatural space.

Belinda took care of every detail, from the scenery to her triumphal entrance: she appeared on an elevated platform, wrapped in an atmosphere of green lights and smoke, surprising all the attendees. The singer dedicated more than six hours of preparation to achieve the level of characterization she presented that night.
Among the guests at the party were Aislinn Derbez, Dario Yazbek, Karol Sevilla and Diego Calva, who applauded the spectacular transformation of the hostess.
Belinda: Her stunning transformation into Greta from Gremlins 2
For this year, Belinda chose as inspiration Greta, Rayita’s girlfriend (Gizmo) in Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990), directed by Joe Dante. The character is remembered for being the only female gremlin in the saga and for her extravagant appearance, with flashy makeup, intense red lips, blonde hair and a leopard print wardrobe.
The Mexican artist painstakingly recreated Greta’s look, adapting it to her own glamorous style. To achieve the transformation, she used special prosthetics for the ears, a reptilian effect makeup on the skin, long and sharp red nails to match the lips and a perfectly wavy blonde mane.
Unlike the original character, Belinda added her personal touch with a bright red corset and a dress with an infinite side slit, combining sensuality and fantasy. The result was an interpretation that combined cinematic elements with high fashion, achieving a striking image that quickly went viral on social networks.
Far from being a simple costume party, Beliween has become an iconic event in Mexican pop culture. Through her social networks, Belinda shared that this celebration will not be ephemeral: the artist launched an official Instagram account dedicated to the theme, which in a few days surpassed 20 thousand followers.

In her stories, the singer shared a message that reflects her artistic concept behind the event: “The Pop Witch appears when the universe decides it’s time to shine with your power without apologizing for it. The lashes are still long, the look is still iconic, but now there’s something wild.”
With these words, Belinda reinforces the idea of female empowerment and creative freedom that has characterized her career, positioning Beliween not only as a party, but as a personal brand and artistic expression.
Belinda’s dedication to Halloween has become a tradition. With each edition of Beliween, the interpreter of Luz sin gravedad raises the level of production and originality, earning the recognition of the public and the press for her ability to fuse music, fashion and spectacle.
Thus, once again, Belinda proves that Halloween in Mexico has a name of its own. With a mix of creativity, stage talent and unmistakable style, the artist consolidates her reign as the country’s most iconic “pop witch”, making Beliween a must for the entertainment world.
