A new legal twist has arisen around the family of José Julián, son of Imelda Tuñón and the late singer Julián Figueroa. According to information revealed by journalist Addis Tuñón, a judge decided to appoint her as the definitive guardian of the minor, a decision that places her as the legal guardian of his interests and leaves Maribel Guardia without that function.
