Ca7riel y Paco Amoroso
Actually named Catriel Guerreiro and Ulises Guerriero, the virality of their concert in October 2024 as part of NPR’s ‘Tiny Desk’ acoustic shows came as a surprise.
That turned them overnight into a global musical phenomenon.
Friends since childhood, the two began recording music together in 2018, although they maintained musical independence.
Their joint record production multiplied since April 2024 when they released their first studio album, ‘Baño María’.
This was followed by a live album in Buenos Aires and an EP called ‘Papota’ in 2025, which won a Grammy for best Latin or alternative rock album and five other Latin Grammys.
This past Friday, Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso presented their new album, ‘Free Spirits’, the excuse for this new tour in which, according to the press release from their promoter:
“They expand their already unpredictable mix of trap, rock, pop and experimental showmanship into something bigger, sharper and emotionally more open, without losing the humor, intensity and musicality.”
